FIT is a comprehensive, high-intensity training program designed to get you in the best shape of your life FAST, regardless of your current ability. Led by our expert coaches, you will be guided through a dynamic, multi-part workout (never the same twice) to build strength, speed, and endurance using a high intensity functional fitness model.

Our Gym

FIT Inverness offers amazing group fitness training programs along with individual attention from the areas best coaches and trainers. In Englewood, near Centennial, Parker and Lone Tree, we have both boot camp and small group based group workouts that will push you to get the results you deserve.

Our 4,000 square foot group exercise facility offers the perfect atmosphere to help you elevate your fitness!

I have a true passion for helping people, and fitness is a perfect outlet for that. I want to find out what drives YOU and what motivates YOU to live a more active lifestyle. For some, it may be getting on a detailed and grueling program that drives extreme change in your life and gets you results as fast as possible.

For others, it may be just being able to have fun during your workouts and feel better throughout your day! Whatever a person's goal, or obstacle, I believe that it is important to have a trainer that is great at adapting to the challenge and becoming your biggest support system. We all have enough going on in our lives that make us feel like we are “Against the Odds,” but working out shouldn’t be another stress, it should be YOUR therapy and release from life!"

Training centers around what I consider the 6 fundamentals of fitness: Resistance training, Cardiovascular training, Flexibility/Mobility, Nutrition, Supplementation, and most importantly for my clients the passion and results to inspire those around you to do the same. I want clients not just to reach their goals, but also to feel like they have impacted the world while doing so. Thus, turning the Trainee into the Trainer! I want to be remembered for my ability to build people up emotionally, not just for what I can coach them to physically. Not only am I capable of changing another person’s life, but in that process my life can also be changed forever. I graduated from Colorado Mesa University as a student athlete with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science/ Kinesiology with a focus on Corrective Exercise and Biomechanics. I believe that continuing my education is a never-ending journey. Whether it be attending more certifications, seminars, or conventions. I want every client to feel as if their goals are my goals, and together we can achieve anything."
